In addition to his work in real estate, Dave has proudly served as a career firefighter and paramedic for over 20 years. His dedication to community service, strong work ethic, and calm-under-pressure demeanor naturally carry over into his real estate career.

When he's not helping clients or responding to calls, Dave enjoys skiing, boating, and coaching youth soccer.

Natasha is a Northern Virginia native with more than 16 years of experience in real estate and property management. Natasha currently serves as Evernest’s Director of Operations for the Northern Virginia market where her primary focus is providing a positive customer experience to tenants, owners, and vendors alike, while developing those that she have been entrusted to lead. Also, a dedicated member of the National Association of Tenantial Property Managers (NARPM), Natasha is passionate about helping clients successfully manage their homes and portfolios across the NOVA and Woodbridge area.

Natasha recognizes and values the trust her clients place in her and she strives every day to exceed their expectations through directness, transparency, and making their needs my focus. At the core, Natasha is a dedicated mom who thoroughly enjoys making a home where the heart is. She strives to help others feel the same.
